Headwear for the Homeless

15th Annual Headwear for the Homeless

For the past 14 years, The Headwear Association has given away thousands of warm winter hats as part of our Headwear for the Homeless Initiative.

In December 2021, The Headwear Association coordinated the Fourteenth Annual Headwear for the Homeless event in cities across the U.S. to help disadvantaged people keep warm during the cold winter months, The Headwear Association Platinum Sponsors Bollman Hat Company and Dorfman Milano donated hats to homeless shelters and nonprofit organizations across the U.S. It was a very gratifying experience for all involved.

This year, Dorfman Pacific worked with The United Way and passed out hundreds of hats to people struggling with homelessness. “Headwear for the Homeless will always be a part of Dorfman Pacific’s outreach to the community,” said Todd Gardner. “Our employees are moved every year by the stories we hear.”

Bollman Hat Company CEO, Don Rongione, has been an avid supporter of Headwear for the Homeless since its inception and promised, “For as long as I’m CEO we will continue to participate in this event because it’s just a great thing to do and a wonderful way we can impact our community
